We act as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). We process data only for the purposes stated here.

Mışıl may process the following:

• Child's name: kept locally on the device and used for greetings.
• Purchase history and subscription status: RevenueCat record.
• Device language and app preferences: day/night theme, favorites.

We do not collect data we do not need. We never ask a child for personal data beyond a name, and that name never leaves the device.

• To run the app and deliver the tales and sounds

• To meet legal obligations and prevent abuse

RevenueCat (Subscription Infrastructure): We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier; we do not ask for a name or email. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; neither we nor RevenueCat can access card details.

Mışıl shows no ads. A child never sees any advertising.

Mışıl offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Three selected tales are free; Premium unlocks the other tales, lullabies and sleep sounds.

• Plan: Monthly Premium is TRY 50 and Yearly Premium is TRY 500. The current localized store price is always shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment: The charge is applied to your App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Subscriptions are managed by a parent, from the parent area behind the child lock.

Some of our service providers (for example Google, Apple, RevenueCat) may store data on servers abroad. In those cases we apply the safeguards required by Article 9 of KVKK, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Local preferences are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. Purchase and subscription records may be retained by the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat for their applicable legal retention periods.

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, and learn the third parties it was transferred to. Send requests to [email protected]; we respond free of charge within 30 days.

Mışıl does not create an account and does not ask for a name, email or password. The child's name, favorites and app preferences stay on the device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Use the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account for store purchase history and subscription management. For a data request, contact us at [email protected].

This app is directed at children and is designed to comply with COPPA (USA), the Google Play Families program, and Apple's Kids Category rules. We do not collect personal data from children beyond a name; the limited data we collect is used only to operate the app, never for behavioral advertising. This app shows no ads. Our company is based in Turkey. For EU users, GDPR rights apply: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. For California (USA) users, CCPA/CPRA rights apply; we do not sell your personal data.
