Terms of Use

The app is provided by MotiveX Intelligence Inc. (Manisa, Turkey). In these terms, we means MotiveX Intelligence and you means the person using the app. Because Mışıl is a children's app, purchases are carried out by a parent or guardian.

Subject to your compliance with the law and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing purposes
• Disrupt the security or operation of the app or attempt unauthorized access
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

Mışıl does not create a separate user account or require sign-in. Purchases are managed through your Apple or Google store account.

In-app subscriptions are offered through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to those stores' terms. Price, duration, renewal, and cancellation rules are set out in the subscription section of our Privacy Policy and on the purchase screen. Payments are processed by the relevant store; refunds follow store policies.

The app, its design, logos, story texts, audio recordings, software, and all content belong to MotiveX Intelligence or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

The app uses Apple App Store or Google Play for payments and RevenueCat for subscription status. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotiveX Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes via in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.

On iOS, these Terms of Use serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app. Unless stated otherwise, Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
